Consignment program

Have a horse that you have decided to sell? We take select, quality horses on consignment. We will take care of all of the preparation and marketing details for you. The horse will be presented professionally on video and in photographs and listed on popular marketing websites and social media. Horse can also be shown if desired. We'll communicate with prospective buyers, arrange visits, assist with arranging transportation for the horse to get to it's new home and treat all prospective buyers with professionalism and hospitality! 

We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Duluth International Airport. Our beautiful, heated barn and arena is comfortable for visits year-round. 

Seller Provides:

• Monthly board ($800 per month)
• Training, maintenance, vet and farrier costs for horse while on the Spring Hill property are paid separately or billed to seller
• $350 one-time advertising fee
• 15% commission on final sale price
• Providing a veterinary pre-purchase exam and x-rays that are made available to buyers prior to a visit is recommended.
• Horses must have up to date coggins and vaccinations
• Competition or transportation fees

• All aspects of communication with potential buyers including arranging details for a visit and negotiating a price
